1. To organise campaigns and raise funds for protecting children at risk and care for children with physical and psychological impairment.

2. To create and implement projects related to child-care and education of institutionalised children and the protection of their rights.

3. To carry out welfare services and collect donations such as food, clothes, money and medicines for the children living in orphanages and for deprived single mothers.

4. To monitor implementation of government policies related to child protection and children's rights in orphanage institutions.


To achieve these objectives, the Foundation:

a) Campaigns for donations;

b) Grants subsidies and stipends;

c) Organises charity auctions, discussions, symposiums, meetings, seminars etc.;

d) Carries out research projects;

e) Carries out expert and consultant services;

f) Maintains contact and carries out joint projects with local, foreign, government and non-government organisations with similar objectives.
